The owner will have to pay an initial deposit, 80% of which will be refunded to the nominee.
The owner will have to pay the monthly apartment rent plus food and service charge.
The guest will have to pay the apartment rent plus food and service charge on a daily basis.
A monthly food and service charge will be applicable (laundry & pressing, housekeeping, water, electricity, nursing care, medicine administration, weekly provision purchase, security).
