Yes, you can stay away for part of the year, however you would have to continue paying the monthly maintenance charges. During your absence all common amenities continue to function and services including cleaning of your apartment regularly is done.

There will be lots of activities to occupy you throughout the day. You could watch TV in the common area, use the gym or practice yoga and meditation. The indoor games room is accessible to residents anytime of the day. You could surf the Internet or read books on various subjects available in the library. You could also get involved in socially productive work with NGOs.

BRL will have a healthcare centre equipped to administer first-aid for most emergencies. Trained medical staff will be present 24x7 on the premises. Doctor on call arrangement will be in place. An ambulance is also on stand-by 24x7. We will have tie-ups with leading hospitals to ensure that our residents have access to immediate and best medical care with special arrangement for emergencies.

A very high-level of manned security, as well as electronic surveillance by CCTVs, would be provided all the time. Every resident will have easy access to emergency response systems. The entire facility would be gated with 24x7 manned entry/exit point.
